1. Engineering Agreement
By engaging Techetarian.com for audits, speed optimization, custom template development, or headless integrations, you agree to these primary technical terms. All development milestones are version-controlled via private Git repositories and require strict client sign-offs at each structural phase.
2. Code Licensing & Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom contract, all bespoke PHP templates, React.js block configurations, and CSS animations compiled for your primary domain are licensed under standard GPLv2 guidelines upon final payment delivery. You retain absolute ownership of all content variables and media assets.
3. Core Performance Guarantees
While we guarantee that our clean-room templates and block configurations compile with 100/100 Core Web Vital speed scores under sandbox criteria, actual site performance is dependent on hosting quality, external plug-in additions, dynamic third-party tracking scripts, and network latencies. We offer proactive consultancies to maintain these metrics post-launch.
4. Termination of Consultancy
Either party may suspend or completely terminate development processes by submitting ten days’ written notice to the engineering director if structural bottlenecks cannot be resolved under agreed-upon scopes.
